Boris Abad-Guerra

Boris Abad-Guerra as worked in the Oil & Gas Industry for 40 years. He holds Petroleum Engineering degree from ESPOL an Ecuadorian Polytechnic Institute, and a MS and PhD in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. His trade, work and practice have involved numerical simulator developments, reservoir characterization, mathematical modeling and numerical simulation; economic and risk analyses; oil & gas prospect and project evaluations; design and implementation of water-flooding, enhanced oil recovery. He has negotiated with governments, national and private oil companies for the funding of oil & gas operations through international financial institutions. Boris managed to obtain financing for oil and gas projects that he evaluated, developed, operated and managed. Boris has worked in Texas, Louisiana, California; UK & Norway; Colombia and Ecuador. he has conducted reservoir engineering and oilfield development projects in Abu-Dhabi, Egypt, Mexico, Brazil, and Peru.

Bruce Miller

Geology Consultant
Bruce Miller is a Certified Petroleum Geologist with over 35 years of experience in the Energy sector. He has worked for Exxon Production Research in South Texas, the Permian Basin, the Rockies and Alaska. He has extensive consulting experience in most of the geologic plays in the Permian Basin. He has built an extensive digital database for the Permian Basin, as well as having completed numerous Geologic Studies and multi-well drilling programs in a variety of plays throughout Texas and New Mexico. Bruce also has evaluated multiple Saltwater Disposal Wells. He is experienced in Petra mapping, data base, 2-D/3-D seismic interpretation software, and production and scout data.

Lucas Knickerbocker

Lucas Knickerbocker has been active in the oil and gas industry since the age of 17 doing anything necessary such as painting oil field equipment to running title and anything between. After he graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2003, Lucas took a position as a field landman in West Texas and has progressed through the ranks for the last 15 years. He has been responsible for the leasing of approximately 500,000 acres through 6 states and has worked every major basin in the United States for companies ranging from private equity to publicly traded. Lucas has also been instrumental in the activities of over 1,000 wells by either the surface operation or leasehold analysis. Further, Lucas has personally participated in over 200 wells and is well acquainted with the activities necessary to take a project from leasehold to production.
